If you are a Seedrs Shareholder, meaning that you hold your Seedrs Shares directly, you have three choices as to how to vote your shares:
- Option 1 - You may appoint the Chairman of the Court Meeting and the Chairman of the General Meeting as proxy to act on your behalf and vote at the relevant Meeting. The Chairman will vote in accordance with the instructions you give them here.
- Option 2 – You may appoint someone else as your proxy to attend the Court Meeting and General Meeting in person or via the video conference facility, and he or she may vote your shares using the process set out at the Meetings.
- Option 3 – You may attend the Court Meeting and General Meeting in person or via the video conference facility and vote your shares using the process set out at the Meetings.
The Seedrs Directors encourage you to select Option 1 – appointing the Chairman of each Meeting as your proxy – as doing so ensures that your votes will be cast. If you select Option 2 or Option 3, and you or your appointed proxy (as applicable) fails to attend or fails to vote at the relevant Meeting for any reason, your votes will not be cast.
